FOOD PANTRY
A food pantry is available to all and is open on the last two Sundays of the month. It is used by many families and helps provide healthy meals.
The food is donated by many individuals and churches. Rick (DWM Director) and Stephanie Waddle regularly bring food that they have collected from those at the Rising Sun Church of Christ in Des Moines, IA.
CLOTHING AND FURNITURE
Although we do not have the room to accept regular or large clothing donations, we do provide new or almost new clothing, at appropriate times such as winter coats in the fall.
We are able to assist with furniture and other household items as they are donated. There is a particular need for mattresses and beds as well as most household items.
CONSTRUCTION
We are limited by the funds we have on-hand, but we do provide basic household repair assistance as we are able.
